Make your BBQ light and healthy with low-fat turkey breasts by expert Texan Chef James Brockman
James swears that grilling brings out the turkey's smoky sweet flavour, but the kick from the jalapeno is optional; for a spicy minty flavour, pile on the cilantro.

- Over a medium-hot fire, place turkey breasts and season on both sides with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Grill on each side for 4 minutes.
